Painting

Discover the delight of moving color on canvass!

Painting can bring new meaning to life -- just look at any acclaimed piece by Van Gogh or Monet. Watercolors, acrylics, and oil paints can come to life on paper or canvas and express a variety of emotions. Take part in one of my exciting painting classes and discover the special beauty found only on a palette. Students of all ages and abilities are welcome, no experience is necessary. Gain self-esteem and a feeling of accomplishment, as well as the satisfaction of completing a project of your choosing.

Fine Art Instruction ranges from introductory and theme classes, to independent and advanced sessions by private appointments.

Basics of Acrylic Painting & Drawing

Fine Art Instruction for Beginners
Kynthia's unique method of painting instruction is easy to follow and lots of fun. Your completed painting at the end of the workshop will be a masterpiece to frame and hang on your wall, or give as a gift - an added bonus!

Learn the important techniques of drawing and painting. Develop your skills with acrylic paints as you explore this versatile medium. Instruction will include value studies, color mixing, and compositional elements. Students will be introduced to and experiment with a variety of techniques to help them develop their own style of painting. Classes will include instruction, demonstration, individual guidance, and critique. A supply list will be provided upon registration.

Intermediate
& Advanced
Painting

Your choice of Acrylic / Oils. Learn to use textures and glazes, develop your composition skills and refine your color sense. Group exercises together with personal coaching to strengthen your unique style.

Learn how to Express yourself with a simple graphite pencil, pastels, and conte crayons.

Learn to capture the Mood, Gesture, Shading, Proportions, and Perspective on paper. Suitable for framing or as a study for a painting.

Develop your sense of connection and wonder with your Inner Life, Dream State and Source. Art is a potent path to explore and express new insights for enhanced living. The Spirit and Launch of new creations will be emphasized and classes will also include the understanding and development of technique tailored to the individual's needs and desires to carry the work to completion.
